• Torsional dampers: rubber (IM-bonded, PV-bonded, unbonded) and viscous dampers. In-house rubber compound development (EPDM, AEM, NBR, HNBR, NR).
• Isolation pulleys: Filters cyclic speed variations and reduces the vibrations transmitted by the crankshaft to the accessory belt, increasing the lifetime of the front end accessories and improving general acoustics. The Metaldyne concept has the unique advantage of being very compact and at the same time exhibiting both low static and dynamic stiffnesses, made possible by the special rubber formulated by Metaldyne specialists.
• Connecting rods: fracture split sinter-forged technology (high-strength material, better split weight control, superior crackability and machinability)
• Hot, warm and cold forgings: net formed differential gears, standard and helical sprockets and gears, hollow and plain tubes, injector clamps, pressure vessels, transmission shafts, sleeves etc
• Main bearing caps: high strength material, sintered near net shape, optimized weight
• Sintered products: main bearing caps, piston and chain oil jets, planetary carriers
• Suspension products: machined knuckles, spindles and knuckle/bearing/hub assemblies
• Constant velocity joints for the aftermarket under the GLO brand name
